This Privacy Policy describes how ACCENDO S.A.S. ("Accendo") collects, uses, and protects personal information across its six platforms:

accendo.com.co, the company's public commercial website (forms and WhatsApp contact).
Accendo Hub, the company's internal platform, used only by the Accendo team, where customer and prospect contact details, submissions made on accendo.com.co, and the content of WhatsApp messages are stored in order to attend requests and measure service quality.
trackvy.com, the commercial website for the Trackvy product.
Trackvy Cloud, Trackvy Core, and Trackvy ML, the applications of the Trackvy SaaS platform that clients log into.
The Trackvy applications distributed through app stores and installed on devices: Trackvy Mobile, Trackvy Edge, and Trackvy Desktop.
rfid.com.co, an informational site about RFID. It has no forms and receives no personal data; contact happens on accendo.com.co.

Using any of these platforms means accepting the collection and use of information on the terms described here. The detail required by Ley Estatutaria 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013, including the procedure for exercising your rights, is in our Data Treatment Policy.

What we collect and why

The forms on accendo.com.co ask for name, company, email address, phone number, role, and the content of the message and the answers to the forms. That information is kept on Accendo's internal platform and is used to handle the request and to measure our response times.

We do not sell personal data under any circumstances, whether of people who write through the sites or of Trackvy clients and users. Nor do we hand it to third parties, except under a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority. Some providers process information on our behalf, as described in the Providers section, and the measurement in the next section receives only the data listed there.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 on accendo.com.co, trackvy.com, and rfid.com.co, with a separate property for each site. It measures page views and a few events: a form being started, failing validation, or submitted successfully; a click to WhatsApp, email, or phone; and a click to another of our sites. On accendo.com.co, a successful form submission also records a Google Ads conversion, which is how we know which ad produced that contact.

The data sent through the forms is used to prepare the handling of each request. Analytics never receives the name, email address, phone number, or message content.

We measure the minimum that tells us what works. Anyone who prefers not to be measured can block analytics in the browser, with an ad blocker, or with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The sites work the same without it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in the browser. The ones used by accendo.com.co, trackvy.com, and rfid.com.co come from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and reCAPTCHA, and they work as pseudonymous identifiers: they carry nobody's name, and they do recognise the same browser from one visit to the next. They can be refused or deleted from the browser; refusing them stops the measurement and leaves the rest of the site working.

Technical logs

The sites are hosted on Google Cloud and pass through Cloudflare. Both services keep technical logs of every request, including the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser, in order to run the infrastructure and contain abuse. Retention is set by each provider. Accendo does not store the IP address alongside the form data.

In the Trackvy applications, when an error occurs we collect device data such as the device name, the operating system version, and the app's configuration, in order to diagnose the fault.

This section applies only to the Trackvy applications (Trackvy Cloud, Core, ML, Mobile, Edge, and Desktop).

Google Play Services

Providers

Some providers process information on Accendo's behalf to run the sites and handle requests: Google Cloud and Google Workspace, Cloudflare, and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. Each one accesses only what that task needs and cannot use the information for any other purpose.

Security

We protect the information with commercially reasonable means: encryption in transit, access restricted to the Accendo team, and backups. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot fully guarantee it.

Our sites link to third-party sites we do not operate. Reviewing each one's privacy policy is worth the minute; we have no control over their content or their practices.

Children's privacy

This section applies only to the Trackvy applications (Trackvy Cloud, Core, ML, Mobile, Edge, and Desktop).

The Trackvy applications are intended for enterprise customers with a valid Trackvy subscription and are not authorized for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If a parent or guardian finds that a child has provided us with personal information, an email to [email protected] is enough and we delete it.
